Matt Fleming, DPT, Named Director of Therapy Services for Pulaski and Lawrenceburg Markets

PULASKI, Tenn. – Southern Tennessee Regional Health System (STRHS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Fleming, DPT, to Director of Therapy Services for the Pulaski and Lawrenceburg markets.
Fleming brings nearly a decade of experience with Southern Tennessee Regional Health System to his new leadership role. Since joining STRHS in 2017, he has served patients across outpatient, inpatient and acute care settings, earning a reputation for clinical excellence, collaboration and compassionate care.
As Director of Therapy Services, Fleming will oversee rehabilitation services across both markets, supporting teams dedicated to helping patients recover from injury, illness and surgery while improving mobility, function and overall quality of life.

Fleming earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Tennessee State University and has extensive experience treating orthopedic, neurologic and post-surgical patients through evidence-based rehabilitation techniques. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he has been recognized for his commitment to patient care and community service, including receiving the STRHS BEE Award and volunteering with organizations such as the Tim Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine and local youth sports programs.
