Due to the anticipated effects of the winter storm and in the interest of patient and staff safety, Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Pulaski will be adjusting services and closing certain outpatients departments and clinics over the weekend and into the first of next week. The follow are changes as confirmed at 11:00am CST January 23, 2026.

First Choice Health will close at 4:00pm Friday, January 23.

All Southern Tennessee Medical Group Clinics will be closed Monday, January 26 and Tuesday, January 27. 

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Outpatient Therapy will be closed Monday, January 26.

The following services remain open:

• Emergency Department (open 24/7)
• Inpatient services
• Essential hospital operations

Patients with appointments at affected locations will be contacted directly to reschedule. If you have questions about your appointment, please call the clinic or department or check your patient portal.
