Southern Tennessee Urology and Southern Tennessee Regional Health System (STRHS) are pleased to announce that Andrea VanFleet, MSN, NP-C, CUNP, will join the urology team beginning February 9, 2026.

Andrea will practice at Southern Tennessee Urology, located at 1265 East College Street, Suite 3, Pulaski, TN 38478, and will be accepting new patients. She provides care for patients from children age 4 through adults.

Andrea holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University and is among a select group of Certified Urologic Nurse Practitioners (CUNP) nationwide. Her advanced training and certification were completed under the mentorship of Dr. Anthony Khim at Columbia Urological Associates. She has been a member of the Society of Urologic Nurses since 2016 and earned her urology certification through a national board examination.

She specializes in treatment of overactive bladder, testosterone replacement therapies including Testopel and Aveed, recurrent cystitis, advanced prostate cancer with genetic testing and targeted therapies, bladder cancer with BCG immunotherapy and cystoscopy, kidney stones, and stress urinary incontinence.
