Heart-to-Heart Community Education Breakfast

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System invites community members to attend the 2026 Heart to Heart Community Education Breakfast, a free educational event dedicated to heart health, prevention, and overall wellness

The event will provide attendees with free heart health screenings, educational resources, and expert-led instruction, all designed to equip individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to support a healthier heart and life.

Date: Thursday, February 12, 2026
Location: First National Bank's Giles Heritage Theatre - 206 S 1st St, Pulaski, TN
Free Heart Health Screenings: 7:30–8:15 a.m.
Fasting is required for accurate results.
Heart-Healthy Breakfast: Beginning at 8:00 a.m., prepared by Sharon’s Place Cafe
Educational Program: Featuring the STRHS Chest Pain Accreditation Team

The educational session will focus on recognizing heart-related symptoms, understanding risk factors, and knowing when to seek medical care — information that can be critical in preventing serious cardiac events.

“This event reflects STRHS’s commitment to advancing community health through education, access, and prevention,” said Jason Fugleberg, CEO. “By providing these resources at no cost, the goal is to empower individuals to take an active role in protecting their heart health.”

The Heart to Heart Community Education Breakfast is open to the public; however, advanced registration is required. Community members are encouraged to RSVP online to reserve their spot.
