Southern Tennessee Regional Health System (STRHS) Pulaski is pleased to announce that Isaac Werner, MD, will join Southern Tennessee Primary Care Cornersville beginning October 1, 2025. Dr. Werner will practice alongside Alicia Holt, FNP-C.

Dr. Werner earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Meharry Medical College and completed his residency training at MAHEC in Boone, North Carolina. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine.

Dr. Werner provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages—from infants to seniors—and offers a range of services including acute illness & injury care, chronic disease management, IUD insertion/removal, preventative care, and more. He is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to families in Cornersville and the surrounding communities.
