What started as a stomachache a few months back turned into something a bit more for Pulaski native, Richard Holt.  Richard had a few episodes of severe abdominal pain over the summer and throughout the fall.   He decided it was time to see his primary care provider and get his symptoms checked out.  A few tests later, and it was his physician’s recommendation that his gallbladder would need to be removed. 

Richard had a decision to make—have the procedure out of town or here locally.  He decided he wanted to stay local and was glad he chose the team at STRHS Pulaski.  “From the moment I made my appointment with the surgeon's office to the time I left the hospital after surgery it was a pleasant experience," said Richard.  "The surgeon's office staff made sure to work with me on making the process as seamless as possible before and after surgery.  The hospital was just as excellent.  I was greeted with a smile at registration, and each person that I encountered, from beginning to end, made sure I was informed and comfortable.  The entire team was incredibly attentive.”
