Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Pulaski has proudly cared for the unique physical, social, and spiritual needs of women in our community for more than 70 years. While labor and delivery services at our facility have paused as of December 11, 2025, we remain committed to ensuring expectant mothers receive high-quality care close to home.

Patients may continue receiving prenatal and postnatal care through Southern Tennessee Medical Group provider clinics, along with a full range of women’s and children’s services including primary care, pediatrics, well-woman care, breast imaging and mammography, pelvic floor rehabilitation, pediatric therapy services, and more.

All labor and delivery services will now be provided at our sister hospital, Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Lawrenceburg, where patients have access to a dedicated childbirth team and a full-service birthing center.

Our team is here to support you and ensure continuity of care every step of the way.
